Pay a visit to my only grandfather ...at Johor... due to my FRIEND did not bring along the passport so ...we have to stay in Johor ...No Singapore :(

Anyway , nothing fancy ..no earlier arrangement ..grab the bag ...bikini and some "green"..and there we go.

Even forget to bring my toothbrush :P

So during the trip we snap some photos. So i decided to post in on my Facebook ... and used one i like the most as profile photo for all my social apps... we chat , whatapps , FB , twitter .....

 

I am a REAL BITCH , i love to show off my body ...nothing to be shy cause all are ORIGINAL ...not like those edit queens ...and plastic gilrs. I hate to use or carry fake stuffs especially fake fashion ...oh one correction i do used fake eyeslash .

After i change my BFF contacted with me ... she told me tonight i will be "disturb" again.

Well i told her i knew it but you know what ??

I wonder why others especially girls, why they just like to busy body about others's life ?

Why not spend the time on improving themselves ?

Only no confident bitch will purchase those heavy sponge bikini ... it take 3 FUCKING sunny day to dry ur bikini ... Honestly girls those sponge would only make you ugly ...especially when u get wet.

 I am turning 31 years old this year ... honestly i am very proud with my "maintenance". 

I was once 78kg before during age 18 years old ... I lose all kgs by myself without helps from any beauty / slimming /plastic surgeon center.

I am not prefect , I have stretch mark everywhere ...due to losing weight ...

I own a pair of hand and feet of witch .. i have poor skin codition and there is many unprefect part.

My mom say is nature born anyway it is not because i applied botox. Let me dig out some old photos ..show u guys when i found . :P 

 I do thanks for your advice but is not about cream and water ... i drink +/- 3l of water daily ...my hand is applying what my face "eating" so please for non pro skin doctor no need to leave comment pandai pandai.

I know many of you would loved to have my diet plan ...honestly i dont have . 

I just eat as i like ..some time some detox. i do light exercise at home .

I have to thanks my dad , cause i have asthma ... so he started to take me to swimming pool since i am very young i guest it pump up lot of the muscles ....and now they still "listen"to me and work out accordingly . Also big thanks to my Ex fiance, he is a professional personal trainer...btw i was never a good student of him LOL ...so i know how to work out a little + matching diet and get result fast.  

There is a lot of great detox /diet plan online ... i am more then happy to share those i tried . 

Stay tune for diet /detox plans...i tried  ....based on my experience.

PS: To those who say i am cheap , 

IS OK i am not mad cause i know no matter how "cheap" i am still someone is lower :)
