Diet & Detox plan

As i promised to share some of the diet plan / detox plan  I tried before. 

Taking my words :)

This is way i track my Fitness.

Here is some diet plan for you to referent 



There is choice of 4 days , 7 days or a months ...

And here is the detox plan .


Ok , some asked me about what is my experience with protein diet ... 
I am not a big fans of protein diet .

1st i only love fish + sea food + Vegy ...meat is not my cup of tea.

I know pan fry beef is a very great choice for protein ... but i has been practicing not to eat beef almost 19 years ...due to i would not say religion ...but a DEAL i make with the "God" i worship .

Anyway just very recently i break the rules... started to eat beef again ...not so sure os because of habit or digest issue, seem i can digest beef ... 
 
Well back to diet topic... if you are beef lover go ahead ...it is a great choice for dinner and same green salad . 
 
Honestly most of the ppl quit following the diet plan cause is not easy to get the ingredients ...this that ...
 
Anyway here is share with you my simple and easy way . 
 
If you can stand for hardcore ...Lets do it ..even is for one day :)
Hardcore in a sense of in whole day you are allow to eat anything you want , AS LONG AS it doesn't contain 3 items...
1. Sugar (nature sugar is exclude)
2. Salt 
3. Oil 

Everything is either Raw or boiled.

PS : alcohol are not allowed !!
 
 

Maybe it is too hardcore for you ... so let's check option No 2. 
 
I don't know what's the name of this diet ... 
Fry is ok , with oil , salt , sugar .
 
AS LONG AS NO;-
1.Deep Fry 
2. No Sweet Drinks , No candy , Juice is more then welcome .
Boil is still the best .
 
I created myself . 
My combination is very simple:
 
Ok, White = Rice , white meat :- like fish , major seafood, chicken.
Green = Any Vegetable , I know many vegetable is not green like carot , tomato ... but i put it in green category . 
Red = Red Meat, Pork is not red meat yah :P

Max 3 meal a day!
Allow me to explain to you.
For beginner , u can eat BALANCE portion . 
Like 1 portion of white = 1 portion of green 
1 portion of green = 1 portion of red
One portion is about size of your fist.


And please make sure you finished the Green 1st before starting White or Red.
And avoid potato , flour product , noodle , bread .

For advance 
Warm water 1 glass / 1 bowl of clear soup ... not creamy soup (i know Chinese love soup)
3 portion of green + 1 portion of Red / White. 
And make sure you finish the green 1st . 
Chinese culture ...soup is always the last ... so if you can soup 1st ,
2nd Green 
3rd Red/ White
 
For Master

1st 1 portion  Fruit
2nd 1 portion of Clear Soup 
3rd 3 portion of Green 
4th 1 Portion of Red/ White
 
This will not give you fast result . 
 
I did try Soup diet before but i quit very soon , cause i am always hungry . 


 
I am a working adult , don't have the time to boil the soup myself .
Processed soup are not encourage cause we never know the REAL ingredient.  
 
If you trust Chinese Herb ...Here you go. 



I like it a lot but i dont add in any sugar ... I will drink a big bowl before i start my meal . 

I always encourage to eat hot meal ... so you are taking time.. so you will realize you are eating .

When i felt hungry during my diet I just go grab a cup of tea ....

If you can master that ...you can eat freely ... as long as just stay below the calories you need daily .
