How to calculate calories

Afternoon everyone :)

How is your day ?

This is my 4th day detox :)

I felt great .



Today we will talk about Calorie. 
What is calorie?

With the technologies now a days... simple just fill in the blank and you will get your answer .

Girls ! Don't lie with measurement, enter the RIGHT digit.
If you lie , the result will "lie" too .

After all filled ,choose activities.
Well I do work out a bit at home 10-30 min. Cardio Exercise
5 days a week
2 times daily.
Weekday is my off day :)
I love to swim , if the weather allowed i will skip one time exercise (evening)  and replace it with swim .
I am luck ...Malaysia is always sunny, as long as there is no thunder during the rain , i will still go to swim. End of the year ...mostly traveling and winter ... LOL winter i am very lose to myself ...is the months of celebration, just eat and drink like a truck driver la .
 
I put sedentary. Cause i am a crazy bitch and i want fast result. :P
And btw i sit most of the time in office .

So ref to the picture above, you know your body need 1467 Calories daily.

My personal advise , you may try to take 400+/- lesser then your daily need.

If you are not hardcore person. you can spend this 1000 Calories eating any thing you want .

But if you chooses to love yourself , you can always spend this 1000 Calories eating super health food.

Well you cant remember all , but try to write down what you eat .

And when you get home you can write down one by one .

There is an apps that can help you to note down all .






I really don't stick with all of this calories calculation .

My Breakfast is always about 3 table spoon of oatmeal .
Plaint one ..non creamy .
One slide of bread ... you can toast it. It make me felt like I am eating crunchy stuffs.
 And fish oil.
 

Most of the day i dont take bread .
Just 1 spoon of Milo + 3 spoon of Oat .

Lunch is the most simple ...
Go any fruit store , those who sell cut fruits.
And 3pack
Perfectly one is watermelon .

Lot would say no watermelon ..but to me is great for your skin .
And please forget about the salt , and additional seasoning ...ZERO please.

Dinner
Salad is the best without dressing ... in case really in need squeeze some lemon to your salad , pepper is ok .
 Then white or red .
I love to match with Fish.
