Water supply shortage- what a shame ?

Do u remember in kampung time , is so regular to see a baldi , outside the house . Your granny use it to capture rain .

Then ur granny will use the "rain" to watering the garden , feed the chicken , wash the front and backyard , wash the car , toilet flashing .....

Beside that my granny would also bury leave over food underground to create nature fertilizer, Ofcause without forget about the bu-bu of the chicken ;)

My parents stay in condo, not much of opportunity to for my mom to harvest the rain.

But yet my mom choose to watering her Mini garden with waste water. She keep all the water she used for washing the rice , vegy, meat..... Waste water from preparing meal.

Well yet she don't own a "landed garden" but a "sky garden " there is no chance for her to bury leave over food as fertilizer.

Surprisingly the waste water contain fertilizer or moisturizer or something , I am not Chemist not able to explain to u in detail. Her mini garden's flower are so blossom , look at my rose :)

Beauty Tips: you can kept the 2nd round of water used to wash rices. Apply after cleaning the face, just like toner, the rice water is a total nature toner come with whitening function.

I am not sure actually how much they could save by practicing this.

Let's look at this in a bigger picture.

Start from my apartment , in total 10 tower. Club house , swimming pool .... Maintainers fee keep increasing. I strongly suggest the management should create a place to capture rain water for watering our garden , plants , washing the posh area , moping the lobby , window glasses , washing the waste bin ...

Rain harvesting for swimming pool usage is confirm save $$$

Why my management are burning our $$$$?

Malaysia gov has builded many park for public .

Maintaining a garden :- water usage for a huge park is a burden , fertilizer for plants is another expenses , Ofcause not yet calculate man power fee & etc. Parks with plants is expensive in the sense but should not be an issue for malaysia , due we are actually rich with rains.

What is the cost to maintain plants and gardens? especially to DBKL?

Singapore is having a water clearing system - NEwater.
To me it is 😖.
Have anyone thought about: using the peel to watering the plants? just need a process to take away the smell but remain the fertilize , the "vitamin".

Once this announce , no one will be daring to pick the flowers, I guess so.

Malaysia a Tropicana country , full of rain supply , but we did not make use of the nature gift given and yet we are having water supply shortage issue . What a shame.

If the gov would play smart a bit , they should start educating , sharing the Eco green idea , saving tips to public to achieve higher and better result .

Green Hotel - we pay u back what u save.

Went to INTAN today , joined some talks.

Talking about green .

Heard a very good idea , which I think hotel should practice.

If u are in the hotel line , u would know electricity usage are the most "waste" expenses.

Almost all of the hotel are using the key card sensor. Was a brilliant idea, the purpose of having this key card system , one of the reasons are to swift off all of the electrical item in the room, when u leave the room and to achieve energy save.

Be honest , how many of us did remove the card when we are out ?

How many of us would replace it with our membership card ?

How many of us would leave especially the aircon on?

Why we don't border about the "waste" ?

Human behave study, many ppl actually are having a , I would say bad mentality . They would think why I hv to save when I have already pay for it ? Leave the aircon on for an hours or leave it on for 24 hours , u still pay the same amount for the room.

It goes the same to water usage. Shampoo, Tissues, TV , light .... Tower as well, would u request change of towel after every bath ? The answer is :No , if u are at ur own home. The answer would be surprisingly yes , when they stay in hotels. Although lot of hotels especially island hotels, they encourage less tower , shampoo , body bath usage but still consumers do not practice.

The speaker said : the hotel should actually encourage energy in a new way .

They should install a electricity usage sensor at each room and centralize to the management .

1st The management should study on normal usage per room. Set a normal usage.

2nd the management can read how much of electricity has been used in your room during ur stay.

3rd if u are able to use less then normal usage . The management will pay u back what have u saved.

Example : u are paying RM 500 per room per night. Include 500v usage. So the 1st day u has consume let say only 450v , and u saved 50v and this 50v = x ringgit , then the hotel will refund u x ringgit when u check out .

Below are my personal view.

Ref to the example above, the hotel can always make it as a point form. Such like membership . What ever u saved will bring deduction to ur next stay. U will pay less on next stay , accumulated till certain points can redeem a free night stay .

Maybe the point can be transfer as discount , for in-house restaurant , in-house spa ...... This will create 2 way traffic, sales opportunity to ur in-house business. Why not ?

Membership always encourage return clients, create royalty.

I think non of the hotels are having this concept, I believe if this really practice in any of the hotel, it will create good returns of publicity.

Stop calling Malaysia 3rd world country

This is not a Blog just small and short talk

Malaysia are no longer consider 3rd world country , some time I felt funny when others status Malaysia 3rd world country . Especially european. Some even don't know where is Malaysia .

When u throw this words from ur mouth , to me u are just an ignorance t, Malaysian do not live in jungle but u do ;)

When u want to upgrade ur country and pull down Malaysia as 3rd world country . Please go compare 1st those below ;-

1st Malaysia own the world tallest twin tower in the world , ignorance, what is the measurement ur country tallest building ?

2nd Millennium year Malaysia airport are given award : the world best and beautiful airport in the world . What title has ur airport won ?

3rd In Malaysia we are already using chip for our passport and ID card , are yours country still issuing u paper ID ?

4th We used auto gate to record international custom in out , u still looking forward from the mini and colorful stamping on ur passport ?

5th We have free WiFi everywhere in the city , even hyper market , long distant public transportation , hip- hop and many more are providing this service for FREE , what about you ? Suffering for high bill with limited data usage ?

6th Well we don't speak monkey language, even we are rich with tropicanal Forrest. We speak international language which is English. Malaysia was colony of British , 99% of the residents in KL speak English. u hv no worries no one understand u here. The percentage of Malaysian speaking English, u will be surprisingly is actually more higher then some so call G5 country ;)

Refinished Furniture Parties

Was working in this new company for about 2 weeks. Getting familiar with the area.

Ground level of my office are occupied by a renew furniture store. The owner own 3 store all doing Refinished Furniture. Unfortunately they are major collecting office furniture. I will be more happy if they are collecting furniture for home or more on high end furniture.

This business actually catch my eyes, refinished furniture can be a very lucrative business.

I believe actually many ppl would have the same thought as I have. I actually like old items , to me they kind like releasing a smell , a "qi", a character , the older it grow , the more elegant It become.

Especially when u are talking about wooden furniture, in old days , carpenter have more choice on choosing wood for furniture , and most of them choose only the best and lasting wood to make the piece. Matching with the finest Hand craving. I smell luxury :)

Now a days many ppl are talking about creative . A piece of old , abandon furniture can and will turn into a stunning piece, if u got the creative talent to Refinish it.

Looking at those pieces , make me wonder has actually some one come with the idea to hold a Refinished Furniture parties? A Refinished Furniture TV show? Why is it not regular ?

I think the government should encourage more this type of activity. Give space for more talent to hv their platform to show the world what they have .

Beside selling , I believe this kind of activity will too encourage creativeness , culture exchange , for designer the new blood and the old blood to get the blend , idea exchange , place of inspiration .

Malaysia was one of the largest timber exporter in the earlier , in the same time we create a lot of amazing pieces - furniture or building in wood.

Green Garden Light

As my job requested , recently reading a lot about green , Eco friendly ....

Today found and interesting page, talking about DIY green garden light project.

The more I read the more I realize actually how amazing human brains can go.

I am sure everyone knows about grow in the dark , jam jar . And how many actually though about putting all this grow in the dark in to a jar and create a light? Well jam jar are not mean to be with only honey , and spell(witchcraft) it can be recycle and this 2 match ;- stunning creation.

I was born in kampung but never have the chance to experience kampung life as my parents move to KL after my birth. I am sure is very normal for kampung kids to see firefly. But not city girl ;)

The 1st time getting in touch with firefly was a trip to kuala selangor. Never saw so many "star" floating in the air hanging on trees. I head this beautiful scene has long gone.

Anyway get back with the DIY green garden light.

Heard a lot about solar light but 1st time get in touch with grow in the dark light . Making a garden light with grow in the dark.

I use to deco my room ceiling with full of grow in the dark butterfly ;) For a city girl is not easy already for u to see butterfly therefore i really enjoy seeing them eveynight before going to bed :) ,as the eyes go heavier , they really seem flying around ;)

I am not from the green tech part . Really not able to understand how much brightness can this kind of light lighten up the space but defiantly it will look nice at night.

Hahaha it may not be able to lighten up the whole garden. If this can place along the walk way, min we can see clearly the walk patch :) Confirm taman negara at pahang needs that. Been there years ago, is so dark to walk back to the our chalet. I think castaway @ koh lipe can consider about this too . Well it is not that dark and the hotel management do ready a mini tough light as key chain. But with this idea , battery save, and Eco friendly support ;)

Doesn't limit only at our own backyard garden , can be use for housing area, next to the ramp, around children playground, swimming and etc. Stunning idea , recycle unused jam jar , energy save, deco, increase safety and visibility during night time.

Have actually some one recommended this to gov? Have actually any gov from any country are actually using this technology for walk patch ? Or to replace solar energy light ? Has any developer , hotels using this technology?

If I have a garden , I will make a lot of firefly light for my garden. Also can be use as stepping stone ;)

Really sorry for not blogging for long time

Really sorry for not blogging for long time.

I was having a crazy life for the past few months. Engagements blow up, quit my job .... Looking for new job , dislike my job , was so trap in the job and environment I dislike , work in a trap place with no window , no sun light can come in. this that , so freaking trap and stuck .

Well anyway all those crazy storm has come to and end .

Got an amazing job now , working as PA cum senior exe for communication for executive director in Malaysia best Eco (green) developer . ...well in short words , PA in major PR :)

I would like to say thanks to my lord for always look after me , life is now again sweet like candy :)

Anyhow my new office are still without window , can only see it through a glass door, well better then.

Will be back writing blog again ;)

Friend been asking me for ages , about my secret diet plan , how to own a boobs like mine.

i has been answering times and many times , i have no secret , i eat what i like, i am even a big fans of fast food. I really do wish i has so call recipe or formula , so i can write a book and start to earn some green hahahaha.

Some, among girls start to spread rumors, i spend million million to oversea for surgeon. That why i am always traveling, especially Thailand hahaha. of cause is impossible to eat eat eat and dont grow fat , is about balance , i eat like hell in the morning or lunch but then i drink only soup or juice for night . i choose to avoid to have heavy meal at night cause i am doing nothing but laying on sofa with tv on ....and good night.

some time i change, cause is difficult to avoid to attend dinner , good food, good wine, darlin just eat, just drink , just enjoy, no hold back of cause dont broke ur skirt that's it :)not to forget to tell ,

I am a girl that love beer, my bf always call me camel , and he always told his friend, specially when we are invited to home dinner ;" i am bring a TRUCK DRIVER with me." Do u have the idea how truck driver eat and drink ? hahaha yes that's me.  

Girls please stop believing papaya grow ur boobs,  i hate the most papaya , stop telling around beer give u tummy , i have 24 inch waist .

“Malaysian Chinese at a Political Crossroad”

i am never a fans of politic topic. cause they are too dirty, and story start million years ago , each party has their words and bla bla bla never ending story.

The interesting part for me to to watch this debate is how the 2 leader gonna answer and handle question.

The topic of debate are :- Is the two-party system becoming a two-race system?' between Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng who is also the Secretary-General of DAP Vs MCA President Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek for a debate touted as 'Debate of the Century' at Berjaya Hotel on 18 February, 2012. The debate was organized by Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute (Asli) and MCA think-thank Insap.
 
1st of all i really adore both parties , they are both English educated but conducting in Mandarin fluently, and their passion on politic. Both leader look so confident and both are well behave. 什么成语谚语都用上了。

So , went home watch together with mama, mama is not political minded but she follow the news. ok LIVE! U know some time Malaysian are very fake , they say is a good debate, interesting... well i am sorry ,i have to say is not a good one. I am not supporting any parties , but the fact is both leader are not focus on the point.but then i salute for their intelligence( 急才). is not easy already to stand infront and present yourself.

Is like writing essay , if u submit this up , i am sure ur teacher will only give u a little mark as there is not much point related to the topic. I personally very interested with the topic, really would like to know the benefit of two party system. 

In my personal view : Compare Dr Chua and Lim , i have to say i prefer more the way Chua carry himself out, Chua is more able on answering question , strait to the point. confident, clear answer. And actually i am very agree with Chua for certain point.


On my opinion, Lim is very weak on answering question , listen to him seem like he‘s take me a walk to the garden.  游花园. Lim's idea is very good, but seem all are just still idea , will it be another empty promise ?  会是另外一张空头支票吗？

I do see Malaysia is corrupted country , changes is a must , i have already register to claim my right this time after the besih protest, well again i never agree protest !

I found out there is some not fair arrangement , Why MCA supporter have the front seat and the other party have the back seat. Btw i am not sure about this , due i see the view from TV maybe is angle problem.

There is a section open to public, anyone can have a question to the leader, the 1st open, the mic is placed in the front , and as i said front seat are mostly occupied by MCA supporter, so it end up most question are attacking Lim. Only 1 question are to Chua. And both leader are giving same time duration to answer Questions, and this is not fair for Lim , example : one have 1 min to answer 1 question , another one have 1 min to answer 5 question. SO...?

I really pity both leader cause i see stupid/ idiot throwing not related / stupid question to the leader. (sorry i have to use rude words here) have u know how precious are the time is for this function? and u wasted it to talk about some thing not related and some more stupid.

I head few time there is barbarian in the hall, i really hate and can not accept when a leader are talking and some barbarian are screaming. Is totally ok if u have no self respect but min respect our leader doesn't matter which party are u supporting in. I understand is not possible to control who to go in or who not to attend this kind of event , but i think Malaysia should consider changing the requirement for the education background for being /hiring as a politician.Another point, the organizer should request everyone to be in formal dress code. I know is commend sense to wear formal for occasion like this , but just u have to understand not all Malaysian have the commend sense.   

There is a shameless guys(不知廉耻), i address him B cause i dont know his name, :) well A just have a question for the leader , and this B answer the question for the leader . What!? Who the fucking hell u think u are ? The question are made to answer by the leader , not u Mr. B . Know ur position , know ur title. And at least respect urself .

Also i feel shameful to hear a Chinese throwing out question with English , hello! can not speck Mandarin and call urself chinese ah ? But in the same time i see very well educated and behave participant , talk nicely, slow, clear and not shouting :)

there is this married man in my life , he is so funny, i would not say handsome, but he has his charm , and i do buy this, i bet there is million of women will fall on this trap, smart, charming, tall , body ... not those 6 pack but no tummy, dress well and the best part is he is so funny , u will not hv a bored dinner or day if he is around. 

i would really love to have him as friend but no more then friend unless he is unmarried. Well how does it start? we meet in club, years back i am working as a club ambassador as part time for extra pocket money for my Mac, Bobbie Brown, phone, shoe and bla bla bla ,so u know club is dark, and i really can not see he have a "ring mark", so what's next? i gave my number, we went to dinner, those normal and typical step....but i back off strait after notice the "ring mark". well i did not ask anything such like u married ? divorce ?.....i just disappear myself after the dinner, never pick up his call till one day he texted me, : hey i am really sorry for not being frank at the beginning, i guess ur 6sence told u i am married. yes i am. Well but then can we be friend?  i did not reply anything till he call again. i did answer ...after all keep the story short fast forward till.......

He called again yesterday. so we have very normal chit chat like normal friend until he come out with this word: " hey , why u really not temptated with my package ?"

me: " hello, u think ur package is very good ah?"

him:"wah lao e , not bad ma!"

me :" well u know what? actually it may work for 2 years old girl , unfortunately i am not. And ur package are consider only at level of good if u have divorce, but then look at the cost of the divorce ur value go down more, ah! with kids!? - u have to give me discount, ah! living same house with parents!? WTF , i give u back money ! please remove this package of choice from my view( 视线)  i think u can only sell off this package with really promotion price lo."

Malaysia 5th shoe design competation

with great honer i was able to join in the finalist for competition on this year, i submitted 3 design and all are on finalist , i am sorry to say i am very proud with myself , i am a girl with no fashion background but my design are standing next to next with all those student from famous academy , or some are even already as a professional shoe designer  .

i know i have no chance to win the 1st price after seeing all this hidden dragon and phoenix :) but i am very happy for my achievement .

i personally like this shoe a lot as it i like butterfly . 

 The designer has slowly slowly paste the bead on the shoe, layer by layer.

the left 1st one : does it make u think of the clog once upon a time in you ah mah kitchen ?

the 2nd from the left : I have no chance to talk with the designer but the name of the shoe are the mirror shoe, the designer have recycle many pieces of mirror to produce this shoe , i see afford , time and passion.

this shoe look very simple , but this shoe actually same as mine can be adjudge on the heel , as u can see from the drawing also the choler can be pull up or hide in. Unfortunately designer forgot about the basic of shoe knowledge ：-in different level shoe sole need to be band according to certain degree. (鞋是有水位) and sole can not be soft , otherwise ur shoe especially come to heel it will open mouth and u will not be able to stand or walk well.

  i cant remember the name but i name it the jug shoe :) very creative idea but the shoe are made by clay , no flexibility , and it will break easily.

i dont know what u think about this shoe , but Jmmy choo say is bad feng shui , i think this is not shoe design but DIY , cause the designer maybe too young not able to present himself , he told the judge also jimmy choo he brought the shoe , and add on material on it.

nice shoe , all draw by hand , but designer can put some gloss or clear spray to protect the shoe from dirt and water no? in the same time it will create a bling / shine, the shoe the color make me feel a pair of old shoe. 

 some though with a judge , is awesome shoe loud but cum with elegant, royal feel, a shoe for empire but it is made by clay , so this beautiful shoe will only end up at the glass display rack , taking dust. but is ok still young, still have many chance.

there is still many design i did not take photo, like my friend's lego shoe amazing idea, the girl next to me the tallest building on the shoe, she went to china to buy the material , the production and all of that really cost her money , afford , passion ......very proud to be in competition with candidate like that , even i lose also i feel proud cause every one really walk in with their "baby" .

in the same time i saw many production are really lousy , not lousy on handcraft or prototype but to me thay are cheap on being a copycat , and some more copy from international shoe designer , just need 2 min already can tell u are copy . please wipe ur mouth after u eat the fish no ?
